Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Ginvive is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.
